Város-kút (Köveskál) 46°52'56.84" 17°36'15.60" XM99 Results and discussion General remarks During the collections 268 aquatic insect taxa were collected ( 8 Ephemeropter a: 4 Baetidae, 1 Heptageniidae, 2 Leptophlebiidae, 1 Caenidae; 6 Plecopter a: Nemouridae; 30 Heteropter a: 2 Nepidae, 7 Corixidae, 1 Naucoridae, 2 Notonectidae, 1 Pleidae, 1 Mesoveliidae, 2 Hydrometridae, 2 Hebridae, 5 Veliidae, 7 Gerridae; 120 Coleopter a: 6 Haliplidae, 50 Dytiscidae, 2 Noteridae, 3 Gyrinidae, 1 Spercheidae, 3 Hydrochidae, 13 Helophoridae, 24 Hydrophilidae, 5 Elmidae, 3 Dryopidae, 10 Hydraenidae; 27 Trichopter a: 1 Rhyacophilidae, 1 Glossosomatidae, 1 Philopotamidae, 3 Hydropsychidae, 1 Polycentropodidae, 3 Psychomyiidae, 9 Limnephilidae, 2 Goeridae, 1 Lepidostomatidae, 2 Leptoceridae, 2 Sericostomatidae, 1 Beraeidae; 77 Dipter a: 6 Simuliidae, 71 Chironomidae). The most important faunistical results are the first occurrences of 4 chironomid species, Schineriella schineri, Telmatopelopia nemorum, Psectrocladius octomaculatus and Paratanytarsus laetipes, in Hungary.
