development of the autonomy, its practice, the democracy within the society-life (or perhaps the lack of it), its traditions, the organization of local communities, their ability to keep up the traditions, the ordinary life and self-governing mechanism of the micro-communities. The questions to the research of associations, to its facilities and oppurtunities as a part of historiography are very closely related to all these issues.
