RESUME Borsa Iván: The records of the convent in Somogy in the National Archives (Source publication) (6 ,h issue) 1381-1400 In the first volume of the annual Komjáthy Miklós set it as his aim to publish in detailed Hungarian the excerpts of the convent in Somogy written in Latin. He began his publications with the years of King Louis II (1516-1526), then he continued with the years of King Ulászló II (1490-1526), but he could not finish this due to his illness. The last couple of records of this sub-period were published by the writer of these lines. The initiative proved to be useful, thus it was almost a necessity to carry on with it. Therefore we started to publish the records of the convent in Somogy from 1215 on in Hungarian excerpts. It is worth mentioning that the new way of publishing is different from the previous one in that now we publish not only the records of the National Archives kept in the original forms (film, paper), but also the ones to be found outside of the National Archives but kept there in photo copies. This is the sixth issue, which presents the records of the years of 1381-1400. Tilcsik András: The character of the ideal army commander and the reform of the Hungarian military defence in the prose of Zrínyi Miklós It is over a century since Hungarian historians began to examine the works of Zrínyi Miklós, poet and army commander, on the art of war, and since then, mainly in the last 50 years, there has been significant progress in the re-publishing of his works. In light of this, it is highly appreciated that the young author, going back to the sources, undertook to process some of the elements of Zrinyi's views as he interpreted them. In his starting point and underlying theory, being of course identical to the ones found in the expert literature so far, he emphasises the fact that Zrínyi, an outstanding personality in the Hungarian history of the 17 th century, had a role of immense importance in the development of the Hungarian art of war. He was particularly successful in presenting Zrinyi's views of the ideal army commander reflecting his own experiences of and approaches to the fortresses on the frontier. Dobai András: A murder attempt against the emperor (February 18, 1853) The author's study presents the famous and at the same time notorious murder attempt by Libényi decisively from the sources found in the Archives of Military History. Some data in the study comes as novelty. TUkovszky Lóránt: The reports of the wandering groups of the Budapest-based SUEVIA on the situation of the German ethnicity in Hungary in the summer of 1934 In the summer of 1934 the members of the Budapest-based association called SUEVIA made up of university and college students of German consciousness (volkbewusst) undertook to explore in five groups of 4-6 the areas inhabited by Germans. In their reports for the Hungarian German People's Education Association, which were also transferred to the associations in Germany in charge of the Germans
