She was the girlfriend and lady compan­ion of Elisabeth, the Habsburg Queen, the wife of the Emperor Ferenc József. They spent a lot of time in Gödöllő and Ida Ferenczy had an important role in Her Majesty’s connection with the Hungarian culture and the Hungarians. The Kanizsay Dorottya Museum conserves more then 12.000 ethnographic objects (furniture, textiles) as the basic institu­tion of the Croatian and Serbian ethnic minorities in Hungary. Within the frame of the Hungarian Spring Festival a joint exhibition can be visited from the works of Adolf Fényes, from the collections of the Hungarian National Gallery and the Art Gallery of Kecskemét. NEW PERMANENT EXHIBITION Visiting Center of the Hungarian National Bank A new interactive exhibition can be vis­ited from March 2004 in the building of the Hungarian National Bank on a 840 m2 wide territory, about the history of the money.
