ordered 8 cars in 1905, 16 pieces in 1906, 38 pieces in 1908, 31 pieces in 1910, and 6 pieces in 1911. The army post of the first world war served by these reliable CSONKA type post cars. He designed a passenger car in 1908 which -according to contemporary opinions -was the nicest car of Budapest. Not much later then the first world war was tragically finished, he retired and worked in his own workshop as a private enterpreneur to his death. The singifinance of János CSONKA was -according to the opinion of the author -that he started the manufacture of the internal combustion engines and in the same time the motor vehicle production in Hungary. 95
