been done systematically within the universal Church by the Congregation for Catholic Education and by the AVEPRO during the last decade30 - modified at few questions that apostolic constitution which had been regulated the instruction of sacred sciences long time ago, keeping in mind primarily the high expectations with respect to quality assurance and controlling systems of the modem international cooperation networks among universities. Through this way, the Holy Father has conserved the value of the Sapientia Christiana and its crystal clear ecclesiastical scientific idea with its special methodology regarding the acquirement of the doctrinal tmths and transmission of them. On the other hand, Pope Francis has improved the controlling, unifying, and centralized quality assurance function of the Church over sacred sciences, through the Congregation for Catholic Education, which is practiced for the scientific acquainting and research of the Church’ teaching for the new generations.

III. Inter-Church questions of baptism

The apostolic letter of Pope Francis, De concordia inter Codices, on May 31st 201631 modified the Code of Canon Law. Through this document the Holy Father has clarified the correlation between the Latin and Oriental Rite of the Catholic Church regarding the sacrament of baptism32 and marriage. It was canonically and pastorally necessity, because the interactions between the faithful of Western and Eastern rites are getting more frequent in the sacramental life.33 It is particularly tme, if we consider the fact, that more and more Oriental Catholics (members of sui iuris Churches) are living in traditionally Western rite’ territories.
