Dr. Holló Ferenc szerk.: Parasitologia Hungarica 4. (Budapest, 1971)
The authors draw attention to the fact that the effectiveness of therapy is in many cases based not simply on drug's antiparasitic effect but also on the interdependence of indirect factors and the direct antiparasitic activity of the organism. The undesirable side-effects and unfavourable antipathogenic , harmful effects and finally supersensitivity caused by antiparasitic agents are studied as well. Information is given on the manifestations of undesirable side-effects and the factors that influence them. The article emphasizes the significance of radioisotopic technique in the investigation of the effects and mechanism of chemotherapeutic agents. Irodalom 1.
