Length of strobilae 150-200 mm, maximum width 1.8 mm. Scolex rounded, 0.250-0.400 mm long, 0.270-0.4-50 mm wide. Apical sucker rudimentary, hardly observable, 0.030 mm in diameter. External diameter of the four normal suckers 0.100-0.125 mm, aperture of sucker cavity 0.075­0.090 mm. Surface of scolex without spines or hooks. Neck re­gion flatted, dorso-ventrally , 0.150-0,180 mm wide. Ratio of length to width of proglottids varies according to state of contraction and maturity of segments. Young segments
