Attestation or Testimony/Contract or Roll Contact between written records and verbality in criminal procedures in the Early Modern Age

Penal law and procedural law basically operated according to two jurisdictional models (1) The demonstration system operating on the principle of prosecution and ordeal, which was general in Hungary during the 11th—15th centuries, and (2) procedures operated on the principle of investigation, torture and testimony which was used in the legal practice from the 16th—17th centuries upto the beginning of the 19'1' century.
