SERVICES Reproduction Archival materials can be copied or digitally processed (scanned) and burnt on CD by us upon request. Information about non-reproducible documents can be gained from our research regulation. Information regarding current service lees can be obtained personally, via phone, lax or e-mail. Notebook and camera are allowed to be used in the research rooms. Archive visits for groups are provided upon prior notice. ADVICE For our Clients Application handing in please bring your identification card and certificates, documents verifying ownership, or if the case is not arranged personally, the special power (of attorney). In case you apply to our institute impersonally but by mail, these data have to be verified also. Obligatory fee must be paid for archival customer service. There is law regulating the fees of general procedures and of making certified copies. Information regarding the current fees can be obtained personally, via phone, fax or e-mail. For our Researchers Archival researches, knowing their topic, should get information about the special literature available at public libraries, about the storing locations of archival sources to be considered and about research restrictions. A Visitor's Pass is necessary to carry out archival research. Visitor's Pass can be applied for at the first visit, and it has to be renewed yearly. Archival researches are free. Our research regulation is published in our research facilities and can be read on our web site. In the research regulation, the terms of archival research are put in writing. The archival document is our indispensable national cultural heritage. Please, take care of it to be saved for future generations. 203
