64 D. Pijkó specimens from the Balkan are mentioned only in five protologues of new taxa described by JÁVORKA (cf. JÁVORKA 1921, MARKGRAF-DANNENBERG 1974, KOVÁTS 1998&). Though JÁVORKA obviously saw this unmounted collection, it was not annotated and identified at all. After identification the specimens were compared with the protologue.
