Metaclisis sp. Material examined - 3 females, 2 males, Zavchan aimak, Choit chunch, 26 km ENE oflake Telmen nuur, 2150 m, 13.VII.1968; 5 females, 3 males, Chövsgöl aimak, Alag Mort, 42 km NE of pass Chaldzan Sogotyn davaa, at river Tesijn gol, 1900 m, 14.VII. 1968. Remarks - A species probably close to M. areolatus (HALIDAY, 1835). Platygaster asiatica sp. n. (Figs 21-24) Female - Length 2.2 mm. Black, antennae dark brown; extreme ends of Al, and most of A2 lighter; all coxae blackish; fore femur and tibia light brown; mid and hind legs dark brown, boths ends of tibiae lighter; segments \-A of all tarsi light brown. Head from above (Fig. 21) 1.8 x as wide as long, very slightly wider than mesosoma, dull; occiput, vertex and upper third of frons almost uniformly, finely reticulate-coriaceous (not transversely so), reticulation lower on frons becoming larger and somewhat transverse, lower two-thirds of frons also with a few oblique striae and transverse wrinkles above antennae. Head in frontal view 1.2 x as wide as high; antenna (Fig. 22) with Al fully 0.9 x as long as height of head, A9 1.6 x as long as wide. Mesosoma 1.6 x as long as wide, very slightly higher than wide. Sides of pronotum reticulate-coriaceous in upper half, smooth and with scattered hairs in lower half. Mesoscutum dull, distinctly and uniformly reticulate-coriaceous, with very few hairs; admedian lines indicated in anterior third; notauli complete and deep, meeting in a fine point not reaching base of scutellum; scuto-scutellar grooves wide, almost bare. Mesopleuron finely longitudinally striated in slightly more than upper half. Scutellum (Fig. 23) uniformly sculptured as mesoscutum, with very sparse hairs. Metapleuron with pilosity all over. Propodeal carinae parallel, area between them about as long as wide, smooth and shiny. Fore wing 2.8 x as long as wide, almost clear, nearly reaching tip of metasoma, with fine and dense microtrichia and short marginal cilia. Hind wing 5.6 x as long as wide, with four hamuli; marginal cilia 0.25 width of wing. Metasoma (Fig. 24) 1.5 x as long as head and mesosoma combined, as wide as mesosoma. Tl somewhat uneenly crenulated. T2 striated over whole width to 0.8. T3-T6 smooth, with scattered, superficially implanted hairs. Material examined - Holotype female: Mongolia, Bulgan aimak, 7 km NW of Somon, Chanzargalant, 1350 m, 16.VI.1968. Remarks - Close to P. vulgaris BUHL, 1998, but this species has distinctly shorter antennae than P. asiatica (and hind wing with only three hamuli), cf. BUHL ( 1998/?).
