Dercetisoma concolor (JACOBY, 1889) - Laos, Champassak Prov., Dong Hua Xao NBCA, 2 km S of Nong Luang village, the bank of Touay-Guai stream, 15°4'N, 106°13'E, 800 m, 1-5 April 1998, 3 specimens. - Remarks. This widely distributed species is recorded from Laos for the first time. Arthrotus antennalis LABOISSIERE, 1932 - Laos, Champassak Prov., Dong Hua Xao NBCA, 2 km S of Nong Luang village, the bank of Touay-Guai stream, 15°4'N, 106°13'E, 800 m, 1-5 April 1998, 3 specimens. - Remarks. First record from Laos, but possibly is a synonym of the very common and variable A. phaseoli LABOISSIERE, 1932. Subfamily Alticinae Aphthonoides sagaris GRESSITT et KlMOTO, 1963 - Laos, Champassak Prov., Dong Hua Xao NBCA, 2 km S of Nong Luang village, the bank of Touay-Guai stream, 15°4'N, 106°13'E, 800 m, 1-5 April 1998, 1 specimen. - Remarks. First record from Laos, although identification is doubtful. A. sagaris was described from Hainan and only the holotype is known so far. The size of this species was given as 1.9 mm in the description and 2.15 mm in a key. It differs from A. beccarii JACOBY, 1885 by fulvous colour. I have also a large series from Vietnam, identical with the specimen from Laos. It might be also a new species. First record from Laos. Phyllotreta downesii BALY, 1877 - Laos, Vientiane Prov., Vang Vieng, near Chang Cave, 300 m, 22 March 1998, 3 specimens. - Remarks. First record from Laos. Aedeagus was studied. Longilarsus nigripennis (MOTSCHULSKY, 1866) - Laos, Champassak Prov., Dong Hua Xao NBCA, camp near Nam Phak River, 15°58'N, 105°55'E, 280 m, 28-29 March 1998, 2 specimens.Remarks. First record from Laos. Taxonomic status of this species is not quite clear. Specimens from Laos are entirely black. Aphthona laeta (WEISE, 1922) - Laos, Champassak Prov., Dong Hua Xao NBCA, 2 km S of Nong Luang village, the bank of Touay-Guai stream, 15°4'N, 106°13'E, 800 m, 1-5 April 1998, 2 specimens. - Remarks. First record from Laos. Very possible that A. himalayana CHEN, 1934 is identical with female of this species.
