This paper summarizes what has been learned about the flora, vegetation and their changes. In addition to the vegetation map and the distribution map of protected species, the (by now) complete vascular flora is also presented. FLORA MATERIALS AND METHODS Nomenclature of species and non-floristic descriptors (distribution type, phytosociological preference, nature conservation rank) follow the Hungarian Flora Database (HORVÁTH et al. 1995). All records of former papers and the results of recent field work are summarized in the list. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Altogether 274 vascular species have been recorded by now. Appendix 1 shows the list of species. Of the newly recognized species (not enumerated in STOLLMAYER-BONCZ 1982, 1993a, b) noteworthy ones include: Carex cuprina, C. davalliana, C. nigra, C. paniculata (in Réti-dűlő), C. tomentosa, Blysmus compressus, Festuca rubra, Galium uliginosum, Fig. 1.
