Probably, some of these specimens (or all of them) are syntypes of Sph. artemisiae REITTER, but it is not quite obvious, so I cannot designate them as paralectotypes. Nevertheless, I have label­led them as "?Syntypus. Sphenoptera artemisiae Reitt." Sphenoptera hispidula REITTER, 1890b: 278, 281. - Lectotype, male, 8.2 mm. La­bels: Caucasus. Araxesthal. Leder. Six paralectotypes, 2 males, 8.0 and 8.2 mm, and 4 females, 9.2, 9.3, 9.5 and 9.8 mm, with the same labels except the latter, the last specimen with an additional la­bel: Sphenoptera hispidula Rttr. [h] det. Daniel [p]. Sphenoptera sancta REITTER, 1890b: 277, 280. - Lectotype, male, 12.0 mm. Labels: Caucasus. Araxesthal. Leder. Reitter [p] / Coll. Reitter [p]. Five paralectotypes, 4 fe­males, 11.0, 11.1, 11.5 and 12.2 mm, and 1 male, 11.6 mm with the same labels, and 1 paralectotype, without head and prothorax, with the same labels and an additional la­bel: Sph. sancta m. 1890 [h], and 1 paralectotype, male, 13 mm, without genitalia, with the label: Coll. Reitter [p]. Sphenoptera simulatrix REITTER, 1895: 42. - Lectotype, male, 9.2 mm. Labels: Amasia [h] / Coll. Reitter [p] / Sph. simulatrix m. 1895 [h]. Paralectotype, male, 8.8 mm, with the same labels except the latter. Cylindromorphus araxidis REITTER, 1889a: 24. - Lectotype, female, 3.45 mm. La­bels: Caucasus. Araxesthal. Leder. Reitter [p] / Coll. Reitter [p] / C. araxidis m. 1888 [h]. Four paralectotypes, females, 2.8, 3.0, 3.4 and 3.7 mm, with the same labels except the latter.
