Dank Für anregenden Meinungsaustausch, Erteilung von Auskünften und Hinweisen, Zurverfügungstellen von Material, Präparaten und Zeichnungen zu dem hier bearbeiteten Collembolenmaterial möchte ich Frau Professor Dr. E. F. MARTYNOVA, Leningrad, Herrn Dr. ARNE FJELLBERG, Oslo und Dozent Dr. A. PALISSA, Berlin meinen herzlichen Dank ausdrücken. Zusammenfassung Zwischen 1964 und 1968 sammelte Dr. ZOLTÁN KASZAB während 5 Expeditionen Collembolenmaterial aus fast allen Teilen der Mongolischen Volksrepublik. Hier wird das Ergebnis der Untersuchung der etwa 1000 Exemplare umfassenden Ausbeute der Familie Isotomidae mitgeteilt. Die hohe Eigenständigkeit der mongolischen Collembolenfauna drückt sich darin aus, dass von den 21 vorgefundenen Arten 9 Arten neu für die Wissenschaft sind, und dass diese 9 Arten fast 90% des Gesamtmaterials bestreiten. Der Rest des Expeditionsmaterials gehört zu etwa gleichen Teilen zu 5 Arten mit zentralasiatischer Verbreitung, 5 Arten mit weiterer, z. T. holarktischer Verbreitung und 2 Arten, deren Analyse das geringe Material nicht gestattete. Neu beschrieben werden Tetracanthella rara sp. n., Anurophorus (s. str.) continentalis sp. n., Anurophorus (s. str.) mongolicus sp. n., Proisotoma (s. str.) tenuis sp. n., Proisotoma (s. str.) fjellbergi sp. n., Isotoma (s. str.) variodentata sp. n., Isotoma (Desoria) huetheri sp. n., Isotoma (Desoria) iuxta sp. n., und Isotoma (Desoria) kaszabi sp. n. Für die Gattung Anurophorus s. str. wird eine Übersicht über die derzeit bekannten holarktischen Arten gegeben.
