broadened funicle, clava as long as three preceding joints together (10), almost twice as wide as funicle 1 (7:4); combined length of pedicel and funicle shorter than breadth of head, antennái scrobe very slight, not reaching front ocellus; clypeus very slightly emarginate, as the whole face very finely engravedly reticulate. Thorax one and a half times as long as wide (53:35), distinctly narrower than head (35:45), pronotum conical, longer than half length of mesoscutum (12:17), slightly sloping ahead and without collare; mesoscutum strongly transverse (35:17), notaulices hardly reaching middle of the sclerite, scutellum as long as wide (20:20), without any sign of frenum, a little longer than mesoscutum (20:17), the whole thoracic dorsum very strongly shining having delicately engraved reticulation postscutellum very short, smooth and strongly shining; propodeum half the length of scutellum (10:20), strongly reticulate, without median carina, plicae hardly indicated, nucha wanting, represented by a very short, smooth, transverse stripe embrancing short, conical petiole; spiracle circular, postspiracular sclerite very small, mesepimeron smooth and strongly shining Wings surpassing tip of gaster densely hairy and with marginal fringes, speculum very small, almost wanting having scarcely distributed bristles; submarginalis:marginalis:radialis:postmarginalis as: 2,3:1,3:1:1,3. Legs normal. Gaster more than one and a half times as long as wide (60:35), a little longer than thorax (60:35) smooth and strongly shining. Length : 1.7 mm. Male and biology unknown. Holotype ($): Hungary: Jósvafő (Nagyoldal), 9. VIL 1963, leg. Dr. B. NAGY (Hym. Typ. nr. 6915). Stenetroidea gen. n. Like Stenetra MASI, 1931, but clypeus, malar space and face densely striolated, the longest striae continuing on the frons and almost reaching lateral ocelli; antennái formula: 1:1:2:6:3, wings with discal and marginal ciliation, speculum very small subcostal cell densely hairy, hind tibia with one spur, notaulices only in the proximal third of mesoscutum visible, propodeum with reticulated nucha, gaster subaequal to the thorax, ovipositor visible but shorter than hind metatarsus petiole visible, small, smooth, conical. Stenetroidea striatifacies sp. n. (Figs. 6-7) Female. — Dull blue, scape yellow, antennae brown, legs yellow with metallic coxae and medially infuscated femora; wings hyaline, gaster brownish with very slight metallic luster, only first tergite bright bluish-green. Head transverse, a little more than twice as wide as long (55:25), temples longer than half width of eye (10:15), ocelli in a low triangle POL : OOL as 15:11; vertex reticulate with nearly circular meshes, occiput without transverse ridge; scrobes tolerably deep, almost reaching front ocellus, with contrastingly different sculpture than frons, showing very small, circular meshes; eyes bare, inner orbits parallel ; clypeus with the anterior margin very slightly emarginate, densely radiately striolated the striation continuing also on the whole malar space and above on the frons on both sides of the antennái scrobe, almost reaching lateral ocelli; both mandibles with four teeth; malar space half the length of eye (12:24), oral fossa broader than length of eye (35:24); antennái toruli a little below middle of face, scape as long as four following joints combined, shorter than eye (20:24), pedicel hardly longer than broad, a little longer than funicle 1; two very small and transverse ring joints present, funicle joints strongly transverse, with very few (2-3) sensilla and almost bare, club a little longer than three preceding joints together; combined length of pedicel and funicle shorter than breadth of head. Thorax one and a half times as long as broad (63:37), much narrower than head (37:55), pronotum steeply declining ahead, collare very short, finely but distinctly carinated especially in the middle; mesoscutum strongly transverse (37:23), much broader than pronotum (37:25), in the proximal third with distinct parapsidal grooves, densely reticulated with nearly circular meshes, scutellum strongly convex, ascending above the general surface of mesoscutum, more densely reticulate and more than half the length of mesoscutum (20:23), postnotum densely reticulate, dull. Propodeum half the length of scutellum (10:20), densely reticulate, median carina and plicae distinct, spiracles circular, nucha as long as rest of propodeum having the same sculpture; prepectus as a small triangle visible only mesepimerum densely reticulate dull. Wings hyaline surpassing tip of gaster, densely hairy, marginal fringes present, speculum very narrow, open below, costal and subcostal cell densely hairy. Subcostalis:marginalis:radialis:postmarginalis as 2,5:1,4:1,0:1,2. Gaster a little snorter than thorax (60:63), one and a half times as long as wide (60:40), petiole
