Distribution: Hitherto known from Europe and Japan, new to Korea. Remarks. — In the female specimens of Korea the clypeus is at its medial produced part distinctly broader than in the Japanese representatives. In the female specimens from South Phenan the second abdominal segment is at the base beneath slightly ferruginous, while in those from South Pyongan the abdomen is much more broadly, sometimes even the ventral side wholly, ferruginous. This is not the case with the specimens in Japan. 63. Pakyon, Pakyon popo, 27 km NE from Kaesong, 10 - 12. IX. 1971 (No. 257) ; 1 9 ? Prov. South Pyongan, Pvongyan, Hotelgarden, 31. VIII. 1971 (No. 225). Distribution : Japan and Formosa, new to Korea. 64. Oxybelus koreanus sp. n. 9d* (Figs. 51 — 61) The present species (9ö*) ^ s similar to 0. quatuordecimnotatus JUR. , but differs from it in the form of the mucro, lamella and in the colour of the hind tibiae and easily separable from it. The male is very close to 0. gobiensis TSUN., known from Mongolia, but can be distinguished it from by the characters of the clypeus, by the relative width of OOD and postocellus and by the difference in the colour of the antennae, pronotum and abdomen. The present species is also closely allied to the Japanese congener, 0. nipponicus TSUN., but is different from this in the form of the clypeus, mucro and lamella and in the colour of the hind legs. 9 • Length 5.5 mm. Black, without bronzy shine; yellow are mandibles except apex, two spots on collar, a spot on tubercles, inner part of lamellae, medially broadly interrupted bands on tergites 1—4, apical mark of fore tibiae (from apex Figs. 51 — 61. — Oxybelus koreanus sp. n. çf 9 : 51 = 9> clypeus, 52 = Ç} , clypeus seen in profile, 53 = 9 » mucro, 54 = 9 » lamella (right side alone), 55 = 9» lamella seen from the right side, 56 = 9 > basal three joints of fore tarsus, 57 = çf, clypeus, 58 = çf, clypeus seen in profile, 59 = çf, basal three joints of fore tarsus, 60 — 61 = çf, mucro.
