propodeum transversely wrinkled, metanotum slightly shining and, together with mesonotum, coarse. Dicondylus dichromus (KIEFFER) — Pronotum, legs largely, middle of mesonotum yellow, reddish-yellow; scutellum, propodeum and abdomen black. Metanotum, propodeum — except the middle part — rather strongly wrinkled dorsally and laterally. Mesonotum with a tendency for some longitudinal wrinkles. Dicondylus hicolor (HALIDAY in CURTIS). 8. Enlarged claw of fore tarsus with lamellae 9 — Enlarged claw without lamellae but with four or five bristles, preapical tooth vestigial, tarsal segment 5 hardly raised but apical part strongly curved with about 12 — 21 lamellae (Fig. 64 — 65, 72, 80). Maxillary palpi with four segments, labial with two. Disc of pronotum with a distinct transverse impression (Neogonatopus PERKINS) .... 12 9. Enlarged claw with 6 — 12 lamellae and with a preapical tooth; maxillary palpi with 4 segments, labial palpi with 2. Segment 5 of fore tarsi with two rows of lamellae (Fig. 52 — 55) (Pseudogonatopus PERKINS) 10 — Enlarged claw with 5 — 7 lamellae, maxillary palpi with 5 — 4 segments, labial palpi with 3 11 10. Black, lower face toward mandibles, antennái segments 1-2 and proximal half of 3, yellow; occiput partly and legs reddish testaceous. Head distinctly rounded posteriorly behind eyes. Posterior side of ocellar triangle as long as two other sides. Metanotum-propodeum almost as broad as pronotum. Mesonotum only a little longer than broad (9 : 8), dull and alutaceous. Scutellum smooth and shining. Metanotum very short and lying in depression between scutellum and propodeuin. Posterior surface of propodeum regularly and strongly wrinkled (Fig. 55). Pseudogonatopus distinctus (KIEFFER) — Black, lower face toward mandibles, antennái segments 1-2 and proximal half of :-> yellow; occiput partly, hind margin of pronotum red, mesonotum, distal end of propodeum and middle of tergite 1 yellowish-red. Head broadened behind eyes. Metanofum-propodeum narrower than pronotum. Mesonotum longer, length: breadth = 10:7, dull, alutaceous, together with metanotum almost twice as long as scutellum (5:3). Scutellum and propodeum shining, posterior surface of propodeum strongly striate Pseudogonatopus ortholabis (KIEFFER) 11. Maxillary palpi with five segments, labial palpi with 3. Enlarged claw with a preapical tooth and proximally with about 6 — 7 smaller lamellae (fig. 42). Segment 5 of fore tarsi with two or three rows of long lamellae and a group at apex (Agonatopoides PERKINS). Black, head around clypeus, occiput, antennái segments 1-2 and base of 3, and greater part of legs, testaceous. Vertex, upper face, pronotum, scutellum, fore part of propodeum, abdomen smooth shining. Fore femora strongly thickened. Fore trochanter 3 times as long as broad. Pronotum before disc with shallow transverse furrow. Posterior side of ocellar triangle almost half as long as the two other sides (4:7, magnified x 100). Mesonotum with a few longitudinal striae, scutellum, well defined. Posterior surface and sides of propodeum regularly and rather strongly striate. Agonatopoides striatus (KIEFFER) — Maxillary palpi with four segments, labial palpi with 3. Enlarged claw with a preapical tooth and five or six inconspicuous, peg-like „lamelláé", tarsal segment 5 with two or three rows of long, narrow lamellae (30 — 40 in all) and a group of 20 — 30 at apex. Disc of pronotum divided from the collar by a distinct transverse impression (Plectrogonalopuft RICHARDS). Plectrogonatopus richardsi sp. n. 12. Head, thorax and abdomen yellowish-red; fore segments of antennae and legs rallier yellowish, only petiole of abdomen and fore angles of mesonotum black. Clubs of femora 2 shorter than their distal stalks. Last 5 — 6 segments of antennae remarkably thicker than 3-4. Pronotal collar broader than metanotum-propodeum. Scutellum-
