These are as follows: 1. The edge of the base-sheet of the connecting element was cut scalloped to fit the long-arch decora­tion towards the side where it joins the hoop, except at the join of the sheet's two edges, as on the no. 1 and 2 pieces (cf. figs. 1/j., 2/j., 3/j., 4/i.). 2. Straight lines are punched from the underside of the base-sheet inside the long arches on the con­necting element (figs. 3/f., 4/e.). 3. The goldsmith of piece no. 4 followed the same concept as the maker of earrings nos. 1 and 2 in the shaping of the right eye. He indicated the tear duct and the corner of the eye with a short straight punched line, and framed the eye at the bottom with a row of short straight punched lines (cf. figs. 4/j., and 1/k., 2/k.).
