The disk, chessboard and square patterns are still attested, but sometimes refashioned (figs. 6-7). 90 90 Inv. nos. 51.1988, 51.1993, 51.1994, 51.1998, 51.1999, 51.2005, 51.2008, and 51.2013. Beyond the Gamhud coffins in Cairo, Vienna, Cracow and Werl, further pieces can be found elsewhere. The following, which are known to me, also belong to this group.
