On the base of the type of the repairs and the remains of lead I consider the repairs to be Antique on both the handle and the foot of the krater. 81 *15. There are three pairs of cylindrical drill holes on the fragment: two along the sides of the fragment, next to fractures (fig. 23. a), the third on the top of the 81 A similarly alien foot was used in Antiquity for the completion of a Siana cup attributed to the Heidelberg Painter (Taranto, inv. no. 52170) and a kylix signed by Exekias as potter in Paris (inv. no.
