I Services um and are open throughout the year In the spacious barn from Sonkád, previously used for sto­ring and threshing grains (Upper­Tisza regional unit) we organise temporary exhibitions 2-3 times a year The stable of the Süttör dwelling (Kisalföld regional unit) houses small exhibitions. These can be visited during the opening time of the museum with the valid admission ticket. • Temporary exhibitions Guests arriving from Szentendre, arrive at the modern office buil­ding of the museum, housing the Skanzen Galéria, used mainly for fine art exhibitions. Alongside that can be found the unique ethnographical Study Collection, consisting of almost 3000 objects (See page 184) These establish­ments can be visited indepen­dently from the open air muse­• Special exhibitions for handicapped persons At the entrance of the regional units, there are tactile ceramic maps with Braille inscriptions for the blind. In the back room of the house from Baglad (Western Transdanubia regional unit) the contents of a pantry are lined up on shelves, so that our blind visi­tors can touch them and feel the shape and texture of traditional materials. A Braille guide is also available here. In the same regional unit, in the pantry of the school from Kondorfa, a special room was created for those hard of hearing. Here, a film prepared with the help of an interpreter can be seen. 10
