REFERENCE (AUXILIARY) COLLECTIONS OF THE MUSEUM 1. Documentation Documents in connection with the functions and activities of the Museum. Special groupping of the collections in not necessary, the subjects are reflected in the register. 2. Film Archives a) Photo negatives b) Photo positives (prints and enlarged photos) c) Dia slides d) Films 3. Ancillary objects for studies a) Copies which have no artistic value and which are to be used for scienti­fic purposes or as demonstrational material for public education, e.g. plaster casts, advertisements. b) Copies of printed studies, articles SCIENTIFIC REFERENCE LIBRARY IN THE MUSEUM 1 . Material of the Library The sphere of collection in the reference library of the Museum is deter­mined by the aim to ensure the continuous processing (registrating) of the mate­rial. We strive to completeness in obtaining works referring to museums and restoration, while from among general medical historical works and works from the sphere of historical sciences we are interested only the basic manuals, since their large-scale collection belongs to the Medical Historical Library. 2. Periodicals The same principles of collecting refers to the periodicals.
