Szerintem nem hiányozhatnak a narratív és előadóművészet, valamint a karibi költők és írók hangjai sem az új múzeumból. Az afroamerikai kultúrákat ugyanis nemcsak az etnológusok találták ki, hanem az írók és költők is. Időszakonként megújítandó, cserélendő tablókon és fotókon be lehetne mutatni Aimé Césaire, Nicolas Guillen, Price Mars és mások költeményeiből részleteket. Ezek azt érzékeltetnék, milyen mértékben járultak hozzá az irodalmi alkotók a karibi világ mint gondolati, esztétikai és reprezentatív tárgy kitalálásához és beillesztéséhez az európai és észak-amerikai kultúrába. In the meantime she became highly interested in Afroamerican cultures. In the early 1970s she left Hungary and studied cultural anthropology in Brussels. She did her first field work in Colombia (1

975-1976) among the Blacks living in the remote province Chocó, and studied the relationship between them and their neighbours, the Emberá Indians. This interview tries to give some background knowledge to her recent and past ethnographic work.
