The use of paper in Hungary for technical purposes was quite considerable as early as in the 15th - 16th centuries. Datas are available as to the use of foux special kinds of paper: 1./window-paper (first data: Sopron, 1432); 2./lamp- screen paper (first data: Pozsony , 1435); 3, / stuffing (?) paper (first data: Sopron, 1440); 4./wrapping paper (first data: Nagyszeben, 1500), The datas are partly additions partly amendments to what has been published by the trade literature concerning this subject with regard to Europe
