HOPP FERENC MÚZEUM — MUSÉE FERENC HOPP - Meyer, G. R.: The Museum of Western Asiatic Antiquity in Berlin (G.D.R.) Rebuilt and Reorganized

Fig. 2. The Processional Way of Babylon of a mountain god (of the period about 1500 before our era), and two ritual pedestals, on one of which Tukulti-Ninurta I is shown in cinematographic representation during his prayer. The other front wall (with the door in the middle of it) has a large wall slab and a small fragment of a rehef on either side, all of them of Assur-nasir-pal IPs period. — Special mention may be made of the relief fragment showing a bull hunt, and of the upper part of a relief panel with the representation of a man with a short beard holding his bent arms up. The ornamental elements of the coloured wall frieze in Room 10 have been designed after Assyrian originals.
