Fragment, hand-woven, Kashmir, first half of the XlXth century. 2/2 twill, colours: red, light purple, golden yellow, light blue, green, greyish white, black on red ground. Tree sides cut. Fragment of corner decoration, hand-woven, Kashmir, first half of XlXth century. 2/2 twill, colours: red, golden yellow, blue, light green and dark green on yellow ground. Discoloured, many holes. Stiched to a somewhat darker wool fabric. Seaming covered with wool embroidery. Max. size: 24X24 cm. Gift: Dr. Emil Delmár, 1911. Inv. Nr.: 8357. 10. Shawl, hand-wo ven, Kashmir, about 1840—1850. 2/2 twill, cream main field with applied corner decoration. Colours: light red, dark red, blue, a little yellow and green on a cream ground. Seamed of several pieces. Size: 160X160 cm. Purchase: 1958. Inv. Nr.: 59.1933. 11. Shawl-fragment, embroidered, Kashmir, first half of XlXth century. Embroidered in satin and stem stiches with wool on a 2/2 twill cream ground. Colours: red, purple, green, yellow, blue and black. Assembled of several pieces. Several holes, a border missing. Cover, embroidered, Kashmir, first half of XlXth centurv. 2/2 twill, satin and stem stiches with wool and silk on a red wool ground. Colours: red, pink, yellow, blue, ivory. Sewn of twoo pieces, seaming covered with embroidery. Woven edge. H: 164, b: 110 cm. Way of acquisition : unknown. Inv. Nr.: 52.3788. 13. Girdle, fragment, embroidered, Kashmir, first half of XlXth century. Assembled of two cream-coloured and purple pieces, the twill woven wool is embroidered in satin and stem stiches with wool. Colours : red, yellow, blue, green and black. L: 5, b: 5 cm. Gift: Dr. Emil Delmár, 1911. Inv. Nr.: 8366. 14. Girdle, fragment, embroidered, Kashmir, first half of the XlXth century. The ground is assembled of cream, red, green, black and blue pieces, the twill woven wool ground in embroidered with satin and stem stiches with wool. Colours: red, purple, blue, green and yellow.
