China, S-shaped tiger, jade, of grey colour, with dense white spots. Tiny head, on the right side with one leg marked by spiral indented lines, and with a narrow tail clinging to the body and curling up slightly at the end. Apart from the head, the pol­ishing and incised lines are identical on both sides. The dense lineation of the body is particularly remarkable. 16th — 17th century. Length: 6,5 cm., width: 3,8 cm. Inv. no.: 63.18.
