Római kori és középkori települési maradványok a Vízivárosban (Budapest, II. kei, Medve utca 25-29., llrsz.: 13570/3, J 3569/2; Ganz utca 8., Hrsz.: 13572/5; Kacsa utca 11., llrsz.: Roman period remains and medieval settlements in the Víziváros (Budapest II, 25-29 Medve Street, Lrn: 13570/3, 1 3569/2; 8 Ganz Street, Lrn: 13572/5; 11 Kacsa Street, Lrn: 13583; 21-25 Kapás Street, Lm: 1 37668/8) 2005-bcn újabb négy olyan lelőhelyet tártunk fel a Vízivárosban, ahol ismét kutatható volt a városrész római kori topográfiája, az úgynevezett vízivárosi ala tábor vicusának korai időszaka és a település későbbi fejlődése. (1. kép) Jelenlegi ismeretcink szerint az Kr. u. 1. századi castellum és a falusias jellegű viens miíitaris területe az ala 1 llispanorum Auriana nevű segédcsapat elvezénylésc (80-as évek vége) után Four more sites were uncovered in the Víziváros in 2005 furthering investigations into the Roman topography of the district, the early phase of the vicus of the so-called Víziváros ala fort and the subsequent elevelopment of the settlement.
