I he outdoor ovens had a baking surface with a diameter of 120-1 50 em. The mouth was reinforced with stones, which were often ashlars from the church. Two entire ovens could be recovered (Fig. 20) and lifted out under the direction of Juciit Bakaj -Perjés. They are being restored. The restoration of the recovered finds is in progress. The colourful find material, the large number of intact vessels, the intact iron objects (stirrups (Fig. 21), arrowheads, a sword grip, a scythe, a sickle, a spade-shoc, an adze, pruning knives, horseshoes, keys, locks, knives), the glass fragments and the 60 coins evidence a wealthier lifestyle than would have been expected in such a rural environment. The archaeological finds show that the village was established in the middle of the 12
