megelőző feltárást, 1995-ben. 2001. tavaszán, a KORNER 97 Kft. megkezdte a már kutatott terület teljes felületének beépítését. Az ötnapos, régészeti felügyelet mellett végzett, gépi földkiemelés során régészeti emléket itt sem találtunk. liable Tibor Budapest, III. ker., Perényi köz 13/b Bejelentés alapján helyszíni szemlét tartottunk a lelőhelyen, ahol csatornafektetés közben kutat találtak. A kút környékének és elemeinek vizsgálata alapján újkorinak határoztuk meg. A mintegy 21 méteres mélységű betöltetlen objektumot dokumentálás és lefedés után az út betonrétegével borították.
