A BTM Aquincumi Múzeumának ásatásai és leletmentései 1996-ban (Aquincumi Füzetek 3. Ásatások 1996-ban Budapest, 1997)
2. Előzetes jelentés a budaújlaki temető leletmentő ásatásáról (Patrice Bertin)
Patrice Bertin found which could be interpreted as remains of features. Modern Age cellars heavily disturbed the area frequently destroying earlier archaeological features. In summary, it may be said that two main periods were represented at the 38-42 Bécsi Street site: on the one hand, remains from the late Copper Age Baden culture were discovered. These mostly included pits in combination with fireplaces and a set of features which may have served as habitations. The other group of finds was composed of Roman Period features. These latter included some habitation features associated with ovens which were in use between the end of the AD 1st and the end of the 3rd centuries. Subsequently, a cemetery was established here, which apparently contained the burials, sarcophagi and grave gardens a wellto-do social stratum. Patrice Berlin
