346 554. szám. 15. A Főszerződéshez való jog. Ha az Eurogasco az egyezmény feltételeit teljesíti — ha úgy kívánja •— jogosult az opciós idő tartama alatt bármikor a Főszerződés gyakorlására a Főszerződés 1. pontjában meghatározott részvénytársaságot megalapítani. Ha azonban az Eurogasco úgy határozna, hogy az opció jogával nem él, akkor geológiai kutatásainak eredményei, a próbafúrásai, valamint az értékesítésre vonatkozó kutatásai a 13. pontban foglaltak kivételével, költségmentesen a magyar államra haramiának. 16. Az egyezmény kiállítása hét példányban. A jelen egyezmény két eredeti példányban és pedig mindegyik magyar és angol nyelven állíttatott ki és a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter ezennel igazolja, hogy a magyar szöveg minden tekintetben megfelel az angol szövegnek, mégis azonban netáni eltérés esetén a magyar szöveg az irányadó.- Ezen példányok egyikét a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter, másikát az Eurogasco kapta. Budapest, 1933. június 8-án. 15. Rights to Main Contract. Provided Eurogasco shall comply with the terms of this agreement then it shall ha ve the right if it so desires, at any time within the period of this option to form the Company as provided in Clause 1 of the Main Contract for the purpose of exercising the same. If, however, Eurogasco should decidé not to exercise the option, then the results of its geological investigations and its test-borings and its investigations as to markets shall revert free of charge, except as provided for in clause 13 hereof, to the Hungárián State. 16. Agreement in Two Copies.. This agreement has been drawn up in two authentic copies both in Hungárián and English, and the Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé hereby certifies that the Hungárián text corresponds in all respects to the English text. In the event of any difference between the two, the Hungárián text shall prevail. One of those copies has been handed to the Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé and the other to Eurogasco.
