A m. kir. pénzügyminiszter jelentése az országgyűléshez az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. alapján állami monopolium tárgyáb képező ásványolajfélékre és földgázra vonatkozó állami kutatási és bányaművelési jogoknak az idézett törvénycikk 4. §-a alapján az European Gas & Electric Company londoni és newyorki cégre, - illetve az ezáltal alapítandó magyar részvénytársaságra történt átruházása tárgyában

A társaságnak a mondott összeg rendelkezésre bocsátása tekintetében az előző bekezdésben aranyban megállapított kötelezettségét mindenkor az előadott módszer alapján kiszámított mennyiséggel kell csökkenteni. Az a dollárösszeg, amelyet a társaság erre a célra a megelőző rendelkezések szerint rendelkezésre bocsátani köteles, független bármely oly jogszabálytól, amelyet az Egyesült Államok dollárra szóló tartozások teljesítésére vonatkozólag esetleg hoznak és a társaságnak az említett összegek rendelkezésre bocsátására irányuló kötelezettségét kizárólag a jelen szerződés rendelkezései szerint kell elbírálni. A m. kir. pénzügyminiszter a társaságnak az összeg tíz százaléka erejéig a jelen rendelkezésektől eltérő fizetési könnyítéseket engedélyezhet. Hogy az Eurogasco a fentemlített munkálatokat elvégezhesse, a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. 4. §-ában nyert felhatalmazás alapján a jelen egyezmény tartamára és a fentemlített területeken az állami monopólium tárgyát képező ásványolaj, gáz és más ásványolaj félék kutatási jogát az Eurogascora ruházza át azzal, hogy ezt a jogot a bányatörvény, az 1911. évi VI. t.-c. határozmányai és a jelen egyezmény feltételei értelmében kell gyakorolni. Ez az átruházás és a jelen egyezmény akkor válik jogerőssé, ha a magyar országgyűlés a m. kir. pénzügyminiszter vonatkozó jelentését tudomásul vette. fine gold according to the average quotation in the London gold market existing on the day precedent such delivery of funds. The Obligation of the Company to furnish the specified funds defined in thó foregoing paragraph in gold, shall be diminished from time to time by the quantity calculated according to the aforesaid method. The amount in Dollars which the Company is obligated to furnish for this purpose under the foregoing provisions shall be independent of any enactments to be made by the U. S. A. as for the Performance of debts expressed in Dollars and the Obligation of the Company to furnish such funds shall be subject solely to the provisions of the present contract. The Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé shall be authorised to grant to the Company up to ten per cent of the* said amount, facilities of payment differing from the provisions contained in the present clause. In order to enable Eurogasco to carry out the above mentioned work, the Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé by virtue of the authorisation bestowed upon him by § 4 of Act VI of the year One thousand nine hundred and eleven transfers to Eurogasco for the period of this agreement and on the territories referred to above the right to search for oil, gas and other bituminous minerals being the subject of the monopoly of the State, such right being exercised in compliance with the provisions of the Mining Law and Act VI of the year One thousand nine hundred and eleven and the conditions of the present agreement. This transfer and the present agreement shall become valid when the Hungárián Parliament shall ha ve voted in favor of the report relating thereto of the Royal Hungárián Minister of Fináncé.
