448 1055. szám. utasok szállításából származó vitás ügyekben a magyar törvényeknek és bíróságoknak magát aláveti. — A jelen szerződés szövegének és szellemének értelmezéséből netán származható vitás kérdések tekintetében a felek bármelyikének joga van perre lépés előtt választott bírósági döntést indítványozni. Ha a felek megállapodnak abban, hogy a választott bíróság döntését mindkét félre kötelezőnek elismerik, akkor ezen választott bíróság végérvényesen és felebbezhetetlenül Ítélkezik. A választott bíróságba mindkét fél egy-egy tagot küld k^ kik egy harmadikat választanak elnökül. A választott bíróság Budapesten vagy Londonban ülésezik, Ítéletét a felek meghallgatásától számítva nyolc napon belül hozza meg és a költségek a felek közt egyenlően megosztatnak. Jelen szerződés két egyenlő eredeti példányban kiállíttatott és aláíratott. arising generally out of the present Contract and from the transportation of the emigrants they shall submit to the Hungárián Laws and Courts. It is agreed that in case of differences or disputes as to the interpretation of the text and spirit of this Agreement each of the Contracting parties is entitled to ask for an Arbitration before legal proceedings are taken and if both parties agree beforehand to recognise as binding upon them the awar'd of the Arbitrators then the judgment of the Arbitrators shall be finally binding on both parties without appeal. The Arbitration Commitee shall consist of two members one delegated by each party who shall mutually egree on a President. The Arbitration shall be held either in Budapest or London. The decision to be given within 8 days from the hearing of the matter, and the expenses of the arbitration to be borne mutually and equally by both contracting parties.
