438 1055. ban még ily elengedések esetén sem szállhat le évenkénti 26 járat alá. A Cunard társaságnak jogában áll a menetrendet á forgalom igényeinek megfelelően megváltoztatni. Tartozik azonban ezt minden esetben a m kir. Belügyministerhez idejekorán Írásban bejelenteni. Ezen menetrendváltozázások által a járatok száma le nem szállítható. Az esetben, ha a Cunard társaság csak egy hajójárat menetének megváltoztatását kívánná, ezt idejekorán táviratilag is bejelentheti s ha távirati kérelmére 48 órán belül választ nem kap, a menetrendváltozás tudomásulvettnek tekinthető. 10. §. \ A Cunard társaságnak megengedtetik, hogy azon kivándorlókat, akik a Fiúméból induló hajókon hely hiányában már be nem hajózhatók, Fiúméból szárazföldön, Antwerpenen ós Liverpoolon, vagy a m. kir. Belügyminister előzetes engedélyével más északnyugati kikötőn át szállíthassa New-Yorkba, de ezektől a szárazföldi és tengeren való szállításért és élelmezésért együttvéve több viteldíj nem szedhető, mintha Fiúméból közvetlenül hajón szállíttattak volna New-Yorkba. — A Cunai d társaságnak jogában áll, hogy ezen kivándorlók* nak az egész szárazföldi útra elegendő legszükségesebb élelmiszereket Fiúméban egyszerre szolgáltassa át és ezenfelül a kivándorlóknak a szárazföldi utazáson további élelmezésre igényük ninc en. 11. §. Amennyiben a szolgálatra rendelt egyik hajó havaria vagy más balszám. » permit the voyage in question to be omitted. The number of voyages shall however not be reduced by such permissions below 26 sailings a year. The Cunard Company is entitled to altér the itinerary according to the requirements of the traffic. Notice, however, must be given thereof in good time in each particular case in writing to the Royal Hungárián Minister of Interior. By such alterations of the itinerary however the number of sailings cannot be reduced. Should the Cunard CompaDy desire to change the itinerary with regard to only one particular sailing, it can notify it in good time alsó by telegraph, and if no reply should be forthcoming to the telegraphic request within 48 hours the change in the itinerary can be considered as one of which the Minister has taken note. 10. The Cunard Company shall ha ve the liberty to effect the trausportation of such emigr.ints who for want of space cannot be embarked on the steamers. leaving Fiume, overland from Fiume via Antwerp and Liverpool, or with the previous approval of the Royal Hungárián Minister. of the Interior through another northwestern port to New-York. Such emigrants, however, are not to pay more for the combined land and sea trip inclusive food as if forwarded bydirect steamer from Fiume to NewYork. The Cunard Company has the right of supplying emigrants, with the absolutely necessary food sufficient for the whole land journey in one portion at Fiume, and the emigrants shall have no further claim for the supply of food on the journey. 11.
