At the same time, the Government of Canada reiterate the assurance already given that they do not propose to stimulate the production of sugar in Canada during the term of this agreement by subsidy, increased protection, special remission of taxes, or by any other similar measures.« 7. The present Protocol shall enter into force for each signatory Government on the date of signature. Infaith whereof the undersigned, duly authorized thereto, have signed the present Protocol. Done in London this sixth day of May, Nineteen hundred and thirtyseven. In accordance with the procedure followed by the World Monetary and Economic Conference, in continuation of which the International Sugar Conference was called, the present Agreement has been prepared in the French and English languages. It will also be drawn up in German and Russian. The four texts shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, by whom certified copies will be communicated to all the signatory Governments, the four texts being equally authentic. A jelen jegyzőkönyv minden aláíró kormányra az aláírás napján lép hatályba. Aminek hiteléül az alulírott meghatalmazottak a jelen jegyzőkönyvet aláírták. Kelt Londonban, 1937. évi május hó 6. napján. Összhangban azzal az eljárással, amelyet a Pénzügyi és Gazdasági Világkonferencia követett és amelynek f oly tatásaképen a Nemzetközi Cukorkonferencia összehivatott, a jelen egyezmény francia és angol nyelven készíttetett el; El fog készíttetni németül és oroszul is. A négy szöveg letétbe fog helyeztetni Nagybritannia kormányának irattárába, amely hitelesített másolatokat fog küldeni minden aláíró kormánynak, a négy szöveg mindegyike egyaránt hiteles lévén.
