312 1110. szám. eset folytán menetrendszerű útját nem teljesíthetné, köteles a Cunard társaság az utasok és árúk minél gyorsabb elszállítását, azok biztonsága, elhelyezése és ellátása szempontjából a legalkalmasabbnak mutatkozó módon eszközölni és erről a m, kir. Belügyministernek haladéktalanul jelentést tenni. 12. §. A Cunard társaság a m. kir. Belügyministernek viteldíjait köteles bejelenteni és a beálló változásokról is jelentést tenni. A Cunard társaság kötelezi magát, hogy a felnőtt magyarországi kivándorlónak fedélközi viteldíját a behajózási kikötőből számítva 125 koronán alul nem állapíthatja meg addig, amíg egy nem engedélyezett társaság részéről újólag fellépő verseny által alacsonyabb viteldíjak szabására kényszeríve nem lesz. Ha más körülmények következtében a fiumei vonal érdekében annak szüksége állana elő, hogy a viteldíj 125 koronánál még lejebb szállíttassék, a Cunard társaság ezt a viteldíjat csak a m. kir. Belügyminister előzetes jóváhagyása mellett szállíthatja le. 13. §. A megállapított viteldíjakkal szemben a Cunard társaságot a következő szolgáltatások terhelik ; a) A kivándorlóknak Fiúméban a kivándorlási házban kívánságukhoz képest két napon át ingyenes teljes ellátása, azoknak a hajón való elszállásolása, New-Yorkig való elszállítása, élelmezése és kiszolgálása az utazás egész tartama alatt a behajózástól egész a kihajózásig. other accident is unable to perform her voyage according to the itinerary the Cunard Company shall be bound to make the most suitable arrangements for the quickest transportation, safety, accomodation, and feeding ot the passengers, and transportation of cargo, and report in such case immediately to the Royal Hungarian Minister of Interior. 12. The Cunard Company bind themselves to fix the steerage passage rate for Hungarian Emigrants at not less than 125 Crowns per adult from the port of embarkation and to accept no lower rate as long as they are not compelled to reduce it by new arising competition of a non-concessioned Company. If for any other reason it becomes necessary in the interests of the Fiume Line to reduce the rate even below 125 Crowns the Cunerd Company can only reduce this rate on previous approval of the Royal Hungarian Minister of the Interior. 13. Against the fares, it shall be incumbent upon the Cunard Company to fulfil the following obligations: a) According to the requirements of the emigrants their perfect accommodation in the Emigrants House in Fiume during two days without any charge, their location on the steamer their transportation to New-York, the supply of food and attendance on the whole duration of the voyage commencing from their embarkation until their landing.
