J Az 1994 április 5-7 napjain Budapesten lefolyó tudományos konferencia messze kiható jelentőségű azoknak az eseményeknek sorában, amelyek a magyar vészkorszak 50. éves évfordulója alkalmával kerülnek megrendezésre.. Az alább közzétett meghívó mutatja, hogy a világ minden tájáról megjelenő tudósok különböző történelmi nézőszögből fogják elemezni a történelemben páratlanul álló magyar-zsidó katasztrófa előzményeit okait, történetét és hatását. A konferenciát létrehozta és megrendezte dr. Braham Randolph professzor , a City University of New York Rosenthal-Holocaust Institute igazgatója, a magyar vészkorszak világszerte elismert szakértője, akinek életműve: The Politics of Genocide - The Holocaust in Hungary most jelent meg bővített kiadásban és amely egybahangzóan a magyar vészkorszak legilletékesebb tankönyvének minősül. A konferencia eredményeire vissza fogunk térni.
