This chapter - just like its English version is conducting us in the labyrinth of various Royal Gz/?-interpretations, expressing, that king James’s work was an excellent excuse for translators all over Europe - from Wales to Italy — to “smuggle” their own ideas into the original text, partly in the form of paratexts composed by the translators and their intellectual circles, partly through some stylistic nuances, moving a stress from one word to another

Our present survey offered not more, nor less, than a small, but here and there hopefully brain-storming voyage into our “Jamesite” world. This conference couldn’t have been organised without the works of our ancestors, our predecessors and without the publications of our age. All our quoted and not quoted authors’works can prove that king James’s figure is not the matter of a forgettable anniversary, not a plain, negligible “homework” in our country, in our scholarly workdays.
