The number of the questions amounted to 37, together with the complementary questions to 87. The subject-matter contains, in addition to the questions included to the formula C, complementary information. The general data concerning the persons have been enlarged by questions referring to the place of birth, the previous st permanent residence, the permanent residence on the 1 January 1960 as well as to the spoken languages (in addition to the mother tongue.) The questions about the cultural level were enlarged at the first place by the data referring to the school attendance (class, location, means of communication, branch and - in the case of vocational training and specialized secondary schools - by the data concerning the trade as well as by questions concerning the physical and intellectual qualification. The part dealing with the employment includes - in addition to the questions figuring in the similar chapter of the formula C - questions about the means of communication and the time needful to going to work, the working hours per week, the secondary employment, subsidiary occupation as st well as the first employment and economic activity performed on the 1 January I 960. To the fourth part of the questionary, a separate chapter was included which gave information about the so-called fertility data, including the number and enumeration of the children born as well as questions concerning the marriages or the divorces respectively. ) It is a questionary of red impression to be filled in by the census-taker at home, in the case of persons having double residence, by making a copy of the formulas C or D (according to the character of the district). The questions are conform to those of the formula C. The sheet serves for identification purposes of the persons registered in two different places as well as the filtering of the errors caused by the double accounting. General file of the enumeration district (formula F) It aimed at the enumerating of each dwelling and dwelling unit registered in the Directory and numbered accordingly as well as at the summarizing of the data collected within the cansus district. Summary sheet of the communities or towns (formula G) It aimed at the summing up of the data concerning the buildings, dwellings, dwelling units and persons registered within the census districts of a community or a town.
