A műanyagok alkalmazása a múzeumi műtárgyak konzerválásában, restaurálásában Az MRMK Restaurátor Osztálya 1980. XI. 26-27-én rendezte meg a múzeumi tárgyrestaurátorok VII. Országos Konferenciáját a Magyar Nemzeti Galéria előadótermében. Az első nap délutánján került sor "A műanyagok alkalmazása a múzeumi műtárgyak konzerválásában, restaurálásában" c. témakör előadásaira, megvitatására. A szervezők, T. Balázsy Ágnes és Török Klára, az MRMK munkatársai, a restaurátor szakma ezzel a témával gyakorlatilag és hosszú ideje foglalkozó szakemberein kivül a műanyagok gyártásával, kutatásával foglalkozó szakembereket is felkértek előadások megtartására. Az előadások és hozzászólások jól tükrözték a kutatók és képviselők azon szándékát, hogy a termékeken végzett módosításokkal, vagy a használatukhoz adott tanácsokkal hozzájáruljanak a magyar restaurátorok mütárgyvédelmi munkájához. Az elhangzott előadások közül közlünk most néhányat. THE APPLICATION OF PLASTICS IN THE CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION OF MUSEUM ART OBJECTS The Restorer Department of the Institute of Conservation and Methodology of Museums (MRMK) organized the VII. National Conference for the museum object restorers in the lecture-room of the Hungarian National Gallery from 26th to 27th November, 1980. The first day in the afternoon the lectures and the discussion took place in the theme entitled "Use of the synthetic materials in the conservation and restoration of museum objects of art". The organizators, Ms T Agnes Balázsy and Ms Klára Török, members of the Institute of Conservation and Methodology of Museums invited, besides the specialists of the restorer profession dealing with this subject practically and long ago, also experts dealing with the manufacturing and research of the synthetic materials to deliver lectures. These lectures and the observations reflected well the intention of the researchers and representatives to contribute to the work of the Hungarian restorers displayed in the protection of objects of art by modifications made on the products or by giving advices for the use of these latters. Some of the delivered lectures will now be published. 186
