receive Kossuth and his companions on Board at Constantinople, but the Government has insisted on their transfer from one flag to the other being effected at the Dardanelles. There is some appearance of display on the part of the French as well of the Americans in this concluding part of the drama. The Turkish Ministers with their usual sagacity have brought this ostentation into contrast with the effective support afforded to the refugees throughout by Her Majesty's Government. It appears that Mr. Kossuth has it in contemplation to secure his reception in America and subsequently to visit England a few months later.
