Collection Remus Baciu Abstract Collection of postcard illustrated with pictures of old city of Alba lulia, the Collector Remus Baciu, meets the highest expectations and requirements of cartofilui specialized mainly on surveying, but not only, on the one hand, the quantity and quality postcards its on the other, by age and, especially, by the rarity of many of them. The most valuable picture in the collection and, as such, rated, are dated between 1880-1940. We are in front of a collection of great documentary value and scientific progress through the issues it raises, each illustrated by requiring re-discuss argued issues of material heritage and architecture of the city, whenever needed, requiring the attention of policy makers, forcing the recon§tientizarea values authentic past the defense and retention, representing the best argument in support of a pro-heritage of the community. In the collection we have 430 pieces of postcards with images of Alba lulia, dated between 1880-1940. Of these, most are genuine. The existence of the collection of doublets, triplets, made by reprinting or reproduction time, demonstrates that postcards were expected by the market at that time. Their origin negatives are made on glass or celluloid clichés, publishers obtained from photographers surcharge. Besides pictures of monuments, buildings, parks, kiosks, streets, and images are stored with political and cultural events with religious processions. In the collection there are illustrated simple, single image, picture composed of multiple images and image series folded. Illustrated on the reverse of the photographers are mentioned names (such as Bach and Emanoil Maria in Alba lulia or Fischer of Sibiu), are mentioned publishing companies and bookstores (Schäser Bernie Weiss, Vilmos F. Petri, György Papp, Flerman Kaufmann, Rezső Rosner etc.), graphic signs, heraldic. In an overwhelming percentage of the collection are stamped postcards, bears the postmark, stamp and stamp, and stamp collectors sometimes they have had in the collection.
