SI ARTEMISIA ABSINTHIUM L., IMPOTRIVA BACTERIILOR GRAMNEGATIVE REZISTENTE LA MAI MULTE TIPURI DE MEDICAMENTE (Rezumat) Incidenta proceselor infectioase cauzate de bacterii rezistente a devenit unul dintre cele mai mari riscuri pentru sänätate. In ciuda progresului industriei farmaceutice, medicina traditionalä incepe sä cástige tot mai mult teren. Extractele hidroetanolice din Eugenia caryophyllata, Juglans nigra si Artemisia absinthium au fost testate in vitro pe un grup de bacterii Gram — negative MDR izolate din infectii renale. Identificarea principalilor compusi antibacterieni potentiali a fost facutä prin metoda TLC. Quercetina si acidul galic au fost identificati si izolad in toate extractele studiate. Kaemferol a fost identificat in E. aryophyllata, si extract de J. nigra iar acidul ferulic a fost identificat numai in E. caryophyllata. Acidul clorogenic a fost specific doar unui extract, Artemisa absinthium. E. caryophyllata a avut cea mai mare cantitate de polifenoli (echivalent in acid galic), iar J. nigra cea mai mare cantitate de flavonoide (echivalent in rutin). CMI calculatä a avut valori cuprinse intre 7,8 si 500 mg / ml. Rezultatele demonstreazä potentialul ridicat al activitätii antibacteriene a celor trei plante studiate, datoritä compusilor metabolici. 50
