Andreea Natalia MATEI 3. For scrubs and meadows are a series of measures for conservation, the following activities are total prohibited: juniper cuttings, cutting green mass, those activities that may affect the natural dynamics of water should be limited. 4. Measures for rocky habitats conservation: exploitation of screes for building materials must not be done; is prohibited opening quarries in rocky slopes that have a protected habitat; there will not be done forest roads on habitat. Conclusions European countries show a real concern for the irrational use of biological diversity components. Biodiversity major consequences are found in many qualitative and quantitative changes, also in ecosystems structure and functioning. Biodiversity conservation has been an important objective of EU policy in the last 23 years. According ro the IUCN sozological categories, Natural Park Bucegi has 14,3% of threatened species and subspecies of Romania’s flora. In the studied region, vulnerable species occupy 28.8% from the total flora. Western sector of the Bucegi Natural Park includes 18 vulnerable species: Aquilegia nigricans ssp. nigricans, Trollius europaeus, Oxyria digyna, Ribes alpinum, Saxifraga mutata ssp. demissa, Daphne blagayana, Angelica archangelica, Hesperis nivea, Androsace chamaejasme, Gentiana lutea, Campanula transsilvanica, Erigeron nanus, Leontopodium alpinum, Chamorchis alpina, Nigritella nigra, Nigritella rubra, Rhododendron myrtifolium, Sesleria rigida. European network Natura 2000 includes protected areas, in order to preserve biodiversity and socio-economic development. Bucegi Natural Park has a rich and various flora, including endemic species with different threatening degrees. The special landscapes, the wild relief that join floristic conservation fund and endemic value sometimes unique, are elements that givers originality to “Strungile Mari” Reserve which shows a real science interest.
