Petru Vasile ISTRATE Potosia (Eupotosia) fieberi (Kraatz, 1889) Material: Mäcinului mountain - 44 ex. Bujoarelor hill forest - 12 ex. Esechioi forest - 3 ex. For Transylvania often appears in association with Potosia cuprea metallica on diverse white inflorescences of the shrubs [2]. Mentions in the literature: Macin [5]. General distribution: Central Europe (avoid Mediterranean areas). Ecological status: Local common. Netocia hungarica (Herbst, 1790) Material: Mäcinului mountain, Greci top - 1 ex. on Carduus sp. stalks (Fig. 7). Pasture near Esechioi forest — 2 ex. on tall thistle stems. The Netocia hungarica larva develop in the ground squirrel nests blanket [4], but also on Cirsium sp. roots. Eremial element, the adult feeds himself with the young stems juice like Cirsium sp., Carduus sp., etc., which can be met on plants, in most dry and high places. The dorsal color and drawing formed of patches of white hairs is variable (Fig. 8). Mentions in the literature: Bas Punar and Esechioi [4]. General distribution: Turano-european. Ecological status: Rare. Netocia vidua (Gory & Percheron, 1883) Material: Macin mountain, Greci top - 21 ex. on inflorescence and on thistle strains (Fig. 9). Mentions in the literature: Macin [4]. Also exist alerts form zone: Mangalia [4], Albesti [7] — in Dobrogea Maritime where climbs from Bulgaria, along the shoreline. The specie was frequently found by us on the high cliff from Balcic - BG. Macin mountains represent the most northern point of geographic area of the specie. General distribution: Mezasiatic. Ecological status: Rare. Tropinota squalida (Scopoli, 1883) Mentions in the literature: In littoral zone of Dobrogea, in Constanta [3]. General distribution: Mediterranean-endemic. Ecological status: Rare Her existence in the continental area of Dobrogea is possible! It also exists an alert from Bucharest [5]. Also two alerts are from Oltenia. Tropinota (Epicometis) hirta (Poda, 1761) Material: Macin mountains — 1 ex. in trap. Lots of exemplars were observed in spring on inflorescence of Crataegus sp. Flower insect. Eremial element. Mentions in the literature Canaraua Fetei [3]. General distribution: Iranian-Mediterranean. Ecological status: Common. Oxythyreafunesta (Poda, 1781) Material: Macin mountains. On Poverty Hill, 16. VI. 2010, were frequent observed exemplars on inflorescences of Carduus sp. Mentions in the literature: Adamclisi, Cobadin, Iortomac, Canaraua Fetei [4]. General distribution: Maghreb-european. Ecological status: Common. Oxythyrea cinctella (Schaum, 1841) Literature: Iortomac [5], Bäneasa [4] General distribution: East Mediterranean. Occurrence: Rare. 98
