(apud) Mihai Dancu§, Zona etnograficä Maramure§, Bucure§ti, 1986, p. 102.- Summary -At beginning of this piece of work, the authors speaks about rarely origin of the hutuli people as well as they speaks about the moment when this people begin to seep in Bucovina land (XVIII), comming here from Poland. Further, the authors show us the hutuli settlements were certified. From the first beginning, the hutuli people were settled here, known as animals breeders (horses and cows), they developed a typical farm of this activity, but also many elements which contribute to this development, elements as: histories, geographicals, socials and economics. There is a typology of hutuli farms: farms with a free courtyard in front of the house, farms with double courtyards and farms with closed courtyard. The authors has insisted in this piece of work, on these characteristics. At the end of this work, the authors makes a short description of all farms shown us the performances of every farm as well as in, hutuli places we meet an archaic form of acumulation from carpatic area. This is about fence which is build by long pieces of wood, summary shaped and captured with two high pillars. This piece of work is accompanied by a photographic material which illustrade the reality from this geographic area inhabited by hutuli people.
