Charged of history, the beautiful pieces of wood popular art of Mures county, decorated with solar motifs, talks about who we have former and we are of the conception about world of some sedentary population. The solar signs are settled in precise places, having the role to invoke the beneficial powers of the star. The solar symbol in the romanian popular art of these lands continued to be present along of two thousand years of history in countless images characterized of their settled and simple geometrism as well as of their powerful situation.
